If you don’t really like your time spent in the kitchen every minute is another minute to turn it all around! Fall in love with banging your pots and pans. Get interested in different ingredients and combinations! Which will result in you living life through your food instead of it just keeping you alive.
Basically, you are standing in the ice cream shop that has 1000 flavours and you get to choose, so will it be vanilla?

Dijon Hummus

1 tin of Chickpeas drained
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 cloves garlic peeled
2-3 Tbsp dijon mustard
3 Tbsp olive oil
sea salt to taste
Throw everything into your food processor and blitz. Check taste and add more lemon or dijon if you need more of a flavour kick!
Have with veggies or crackers lunch life saver.
