Why I made this Course?

When I was knee deep in bad eating habits and wanted out one of the hardest habits to kick was snacking. I seemed to need to eat between meals and I was always reaching for things I thought would bring me energy.

“Sugar!”in the form of sweets, chocolate, and it did give me energy but only for a limited time. In the end leaving me more tired and generally unwell.

I needed healthy snacks that weren’t loaded with sugar and chemicals. If you are in a similar situation and want to break away from unhealthy snacking you need this course. This is a simple 11 recipe step by step video course.

This is perfect if you are new to healthy eating and want a base, somewhere to get started.
