I use to love traditional flapjack and I was recently looking at the ingredients and it’s loaded with sugar!
I think it makes a great breakfast or snack at coffee break so why not make a healthy one.
This version isn’t as chewy as the normal perhaps a bit softer but it’s delicious. Feel free to swap the walnuts for any other nuts, they add a nice crunch and even better if they are roasted.
